DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service I've ever received. I had shellac on, and instead of wrapping my nails in a soaked cotton ball and foil, she had me soak my entire hand in a bowl of acetone. Didn't even let them soak long enough and then used a tool to peel the shellac off, running most of my nails in the process. She noticed me being a little nervous after all of this so she asked if I've ever been there. I replied no. She says "don't worry I do a good job. Relax". Then as she's doing my nails she yelled at me for not knowing how to make the light start up (it was a weird light), and then she got polish over onto my skin, pushed my hand under the light and then when it was dry she used the cuticle remover tool to try and peel it away, but instead ripped skin off of my hand to the point where the stinging hasn't gone away (it's been an hour). She also kept trying to make my fingers go in weird positions to apply the polish that was unnatural, and would yank on my fingers to get them in the position she wanted them. I did not tip and I will never go back.

I was in the market for a new nail place after my old nail place got all new staff, and the amazing staff they had before were all gone. I fortunately discovered Lovely Nails! I walked in and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The TVs were not blaring, which was also a plus. It was a nice, calm and relaxing atmosphere. The woman who did my pedicure was very friendly and welcoming, and initiated genuine conversation. As for the pedicure, she took her time and it ended up being one of the best pedicures I've had in a very long time! I will be back! Well done, Lovely Nails!

one or two there do good manicures. usually moved from person to person. Not strong customer service for sure. Younger male working there is very rude & unfriendly. Gave it a few times because they aren't usually that busy, no more.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Honestly the worst place ever. It was $55 for a regular mani and pedi and eyebrow. The guy who did my nails was so rude. I didn't even tip. Over priced for half of the work. On top of it I don't think they clean their tools very well.
