Staff is nice but left nail polish all over my nails. Won't be back. I thought maybe she would have taken it off but she didn't. I wouldn't go here unless you want nail polish all over ur skin.

I love this nail salon! I always stop by when I am in the area because it is fast, affordable, and the wonderful people working do a great job.Sometimes it can get a little busy so I suggest calling ahead. I got a shellac manicure this time around as my nail beds were very bad from a lot of acrylic and the gentleman who did my nails cleaned them up so well.Will be back soon!

So disappointed. The previous owners have left and and after two years, I won't be back. The new owners have trashed the placed. It's dirty, in disarray. Their child runs and climbs around and has drawn on multiple chairs. Went in on a Friday morning and returned on Monday for a repair only to see the same food wrappers on the desks and the same two nail polish bottles on the floor. It's a mess. I was there two hours and watched whom I assume is the owner, chatting on FaceTime the entire time while having her shoes and feet in the pedicure tub that she didn't clean. So disappointed Kim has left and this shop has gone down so fast. :(

Lovely Nails Does NOT backup their products... I went in for a fill and regular nail Polish. I have had good luck in the past not needing Gel and them lasting up to 3 weeks at other places. I had to get my nails touched up 3 times on same day, I was late for work because of it and after the owner touched it up for the last time and said I was all set and should be fine to leave...The nail Polish still smeared after spending an extra 45 minutes under the dryers and touch UPS!!! When I had to come back that same day I figured they would upgrade me to a job just because of the inconvenience that had caused me and I was visibly upset...They would not backup their products and admit that they were using un satisfactory products...They told me I would have to pay an extra $15 to upgrade to gel not caring about what they had cause me in my day and was highly upset!!! I would absolutely 100% Never Go There and give a business like this the time of day let alone my money!!!
